: The Activity of Bina Desa (Village Reforming Social Service) in Taking of Underdevelopment Village (Study at Desa Duwet Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang). The condition of Desa Duwet which is relatively as remote village by hills topography and based on 15 criteria of underdevelopment village made Desa Duwet as one of underdevelopment village in Kabupaten Malang. Government which is supported by SKPD Kabupaten Malang has made the development as the priority in order to alleviate underdevelopment villages with the activity of Bina Desa (Village Reforming Social Services) to visiting the village and doing the real activities in underdevelopment village. The aim of this study is describes the form and the output of Bina Desa activity in taking of underdevelopment village. The types of this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The result of the study show that the form of Bina Desa activity consits of physical and non-physical development. The output which are not maximized. Based on the result of the study, the researcher gives the suggestion, there are re-evaluation and safeguarding Bina Desa activity
