Pengaruh Kematangan Bawahan Terhadap Efektivitas Kepemimpinan (Studi Pada Karyawan Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Sidoarjo)

Abstract

The motivation of this research is curiosity about how far subordinate maturity can support the leadership effectiveness. This research aims to determine the effect of subordinates maturity, which is comprised of work maturity and psychological maturity of leadership effectiveness within the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sidoarjo branch organization. In this research, the data was collected by using questionnaires, whereas data analysis done by multiple regression analysis techniques with SPSS 21 for windows. the multiple regression result showed that the independent variables of work maturity and psychological maturity simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable in organizational leadership effectiveness.based on a descriptive analysis result of the variables of psychological maturity, there are many employees that motivated to work because of the penalties which are made by company, in this case the intrinsic motivation of employees is still low. Based on the research results of work maturity variables that have the most powerful influence than other variables, thus can be said that work maturity variables has dominant influence in leadership effectiveness in organizations
