Abstract

Absract: when the patient to emergency room, the condition of the patient is unpredictable so that the accuracy and speed of the aid to the patient in ER need a standart in accordance with the competence and ability of the nurses so can guarantee emergency care at the right time response and quick handling. The aim of this research, is to know the relationship between workload of nurses and response time of nursing emergency services according to the patient perception in emergency room of Regional Hospital of Sorong. This research is using Cross Sectional method. Analysing the data are using univariate and bivariate analysis. Selecting the. Research resultshow the value of p = 0:00 of the significance level α = 0 : 05 it means that p < α so there is a relationship between workload of nurses and response time of nursing emergency services according to the patient\u27s perception in emergency room of Regional Hospital of Sorong. Conclusion of this research: Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it means that there is a significant relationsip between workload of nurses and response time of nursing emergency services according to the patient\u27s perception in emergency room of Regional Hospital of Sorong.Sunggestionhopefully from the result of this research can be used as information for Regional Hospital of Sorong
