Abstract

: The Evaluation over Local Regulation About The Regional Space Order Plan of Sidoarjo District Against The Restructuring of Development of Industrial Region Grouping.Target of reseatch is an evaluation over this local regulation is the regionalspace orderplan.With implemented through qualitative research method with descriptive approach. And analysis technique is Miles and Huberman\u27s interactive method.Industrial region at Sidoarjo District has been one contributor to local genuine income of Sidoarjo District. The development of this industrial region is in pursuance of Local Regulation about regional space order plan of Sidoarjo District. It can be concluded that in the context of the governments contribution to run the program the restructuring of development of industrialregiongroupingless than the maximum. Thus need for a specific evaluation of the various factors that influence and support to improve or fix the policy or program the restructuring of development of industrialregiongrouping
