Abstract
将环形谐振腔邻近放置在光子晶体直波导两侧构成环形谐振器,利用平面波展开法及时域有限差分法,数值分析了该系统中光的传播行为. 基于此结构,以三、四通道为例设计了大角度超微多路光分束器. 仅通过改变环形谐振腔中耦合介质柱的半径,便可使光场发生重新分布,实现输出能量的均分或自由分配. 在同样保证多路和高传输效率的条件下,该结构与常规波导定向耦合型分束器相比,还可实现光束的大角度分离
