особами в органах місцевого самоврядування. Надано оперативно-розшукову характеристику
предмета, об’єктивної сторони та способів одержання неправомірної вигоди службовими особами в органах місцевого самоврядування, а також осіб, які готують і вчиняють кримінальні
правопорушення у вказаній сфері.Based on the analysis of theoretical and empirical material the author has studied the content and
components of operative and search characteristics of obtaining illegal benefits by officials within local self-government. Operative and search characteristics of the object, objective side and ways of
obtaining illegal benefits by officials within local self-government, and those who prepare and commit criminal offences in this area have been provided.
It is grounded that, first, provided operative and search characteristics of obtaining illegal benefits by
officials within local self-government should be a basic set of knowledge about the feature and specific characteristics of this crime, which must have every officer of the criminal police operative unit
serving agencies of local self-governments. Second, the studied by the author operative and search
characteristics of obtaining illegal benefits by officials within local self-government will facilitate the
work of the officers of the criminal police operative units while counteracting this type of illegal acts
ofthe corruption character.
It is noted that there was not any studies of operative and search characteristics of obtaining illegal
benefits by officials within local self-government till now. In this regard there is a further need of a
thorough study of the relevant scientific recommendations on the theoretical and practical level to
develop and implement in practice.На основе анализа теоретического и эмпирического материала рассмотрены содержание и составляющие элементы оперативно-розыскной характеристики получения неправомерной выгоды должностными лицами в органах местного самоуправления. Представлена оперативно-розыскная характеристика предмета, объективной стороны и способов получения неправомерной выгоды должностными лицами в органах местного самоуправления, а также лиц, готовящих и совершающих уголовные правонарушения в указанной сфере
