Solution:To address training needs and to ensure consistency across the campuses, the Ruth Lilly Medical Library developed a teach-through systemSession developer delivers content to faculty peers as the session will be delivered to students.Required of all faculty who will be teaching a session.Focused on hands-on application of concepts. Iterative process of learning, teaching, and improvement.Engages faculty in peer-to-peer problem solving and strategizingWhat is a Teach-Through?Results:Faculty self-report feeling more familiar with the material prior to teaching. Sessions are delivered in a standard and consistent manner across campuses so that all students receive a comparable educational experience.
