Abstract
通过田间原位修复试验;初步研究了不同生态调控措施对多氯联苯(PCBs)污染农田土壤的修复效应.结果表明;经添加石灰、翻耕、种植紫花苜蓿、种植水稻等修复阶段后;土壤中PCBs含量呈显著降低;平均去除率达86.9%;同时也降低了土壤中类二英PCBs毒性当量.对土壤PCBs同系物分析结果表明;在调控翻耕与种植紫花苜蓿修复阶段;主要对低氯代PCBs进行降解去除;在种植水稻修复阶段;则主要降低了高氯代PCBs含量.结果还显示原位生态调控修复并未对土壤微生物生态产生较大影响.可见;该技术对于修复PCBs污染农田具有良好的应用前景与推广意义
