Abstract
为探讨人力资源管理实践对员工组织承诺的影响,采用在线调查的方法,获得了675份有效问卷。分层回归的结果发现,在控制了人口统计学变量后,人力资源管理实践对组织承诺有较强的预测作用;进一步的优势分析表明,在已解释的方差中,各人力资源管理措施的贡献分别为:培训发展(36.7%),薪酬福利(26.8%),绩效管理(20.7%),员工安置(15.8%)。结论认为人力资源管理实践对组织承诺有显著影响
