Abstract
目的:考察工作母亲的心理灵活性在不同情境下对工作家庭平衡的作用机制。方法:采用接纳与行动问卷第二版、养育心理灵活性问卷、工作相关接纳与行动问卷、工作家庭平衡量表对580名工作母亲进行调查。结果:t检验和方差分析结果表明,工作母亲的工作家庭平衡水平在是否能弹性安排工作、是否能从家庭中获得情感支持以及不同等级的工作强度上呈现显著差异;相关分析结果显示,心理灵活性、工作相关心理灵活性、养育心理灵活性、工作家庭平衡两两之间相关显著;结构方程模型结果显示,心理灵活性对工作家庭平衡的直接效应显著,工作相关心理灵活性和养育心理灵活性在两者之间起多重中介作用。结论:通过提高心理灵活性和基于情境的具体心理灵活性,有利于提升工作母亲的工作家庭平衡水平。</p
