Abstract
本文从功率谱、协调性和脑电微状态3个指标的改变综述了精神分裂症患者静息态脑电的特征,比较一致的发现是,患者低频δ和θ功率增强,而这种改变似乎未出现在其一级亲属中;γ协调性的降低,且这一改变在患者的局部脑区和全脑均有发现;患者脑电微状态中注意相关的D类微状态覆盖率降低,而其他微状态增加。这些静息态脑电指标的特异性改变,能够帮助我们寻求可能的精神分裂症内表型,为疾病的早期筛查和识别提供可能性
