Abstract
目的检验心理灵活性综合问卷(CompACT)中文版在金融机构工作人群中测评的信效度。方法整群选取某金融机构全部层级单位工作人员作为本研究的研究对象,回收有效问卷3 735份。对有效问卷用随机数字法选取一半(n=1 873)进行探索性因素分析,另一半( =1 825)进行验证性因素分析。采用Pearson相关分析CompACT量表的效标效度和聚合效度,用层次回归分析检验CompACT量表的递增效度。结果探索性因素分析萃取出了与理论构一致的接纳与认知解离,正念与以己未景,价值与承诺行为3个因子,共l5个条目,累计方差为73.75%,荷载在0.67~0.9O。验证性因素分析表明3因子结构拟合度较好(x /df=5.91,CFI=0.98,TLI=0.98,RMSEA=0.05)。结论心理灵活性综合问卷在本研究中有良好的心理测量学指标,可用于心理灵活性与心理健康水平的测量。</p
