Abstract
计划行为理论是社会行为研究中最有影响力的理论模型之一。在求职行为研究领域,计划行为理论的预测力在西方国家的一些研究中得到了验证,但仍存在着改进的余地。针对主体规范与行为意向之间较弱的关系,有研究者建议,在原有预测变量的基础上增加示范性规范,可以显著提高模型的预测力; 文化价值观也值得给予更多的重视; 感知到的行为控制力的概念有完善的必要; 将执行意向作为目标意向与行为的中介变量可以提高意向对行为的方差解释率。这些探索为求职行为的研究带来若干启示
