The Relationship between Childrens Temperament,Parent Educating Way and the Behavior Problem of 2 to 3 Year Old Childeren in the Country of Beijing

Abstract
目的:探讨北京市大兴区农村2—3岁儿童的气质、父母养育方式对儿童行为的影响。方法:随机选取北京市大兴区身体健康、DDST发育筛查正常的138名2—3岁农村儿童,采用幼儿气质评估量表、3—7岁儿童气质问卷测查儿童气质,用儿童抚养行为Q分类卡片测查家长的养育方式、Achenbach儿童行为调查表测查儿童行为。结果:气质类型分布:10.9%为难养型,16.0%启动缓慢型,42.0%为易养型,0.8%为中间偏难养型,30.3%为中间偏易养型。难养型和启动缓慢型儿童的焦虑、过失、外显及行为问题总分均高于易养型儿童(0.62±0.23/0.72土0.26/0.44±0.26,P=0.017;0.92±0.48/0.84±O.34/0.62±0.41,P=0.015;1.87±0.86/1.58±0.52/1.25±0.67,P=0.02;2.95±1.07/2.93±0.85/2.11±1.00,P =0.004)。难养型儿童的攻击维度得分高于易养型(0.95±0.41/0.74±0.25,P<0.05)。回归分析显示趋避性、适应性、情绪与鼓励成就的交互作用影响儿童的内隐行为(β=0.238、0.177、0.362),活动度、家长拒绝、适应性和鼓励成就的交互作用、节律性和拒绝的交互作用影响儿童的外显行为(β=0.197、- 0.487、0.420、0.296),情绪、适应性和鼓励成就的交互作用、注意分散度和拒绝的交互作用影响儿童的行为问题(β=0.319、0,449、-0.211)。结论:行为调查表分数高的儿童在气质维度上表现为活动水平高,节律性越弱,趋避性越倾向于退缩;适应性越弱,情绪本质越倾向于消极,坚持性越低;家长的教育方式越倾向于鼓励、接受,儿童的行为调查表分数越低。儿童的气质和家长的教育方式对儿童行为产生重要影响
