Abstract
领导在组织文化的变革过程中起着至关重要的作用,本文对于组织文化变革中领导的作用的研究现状进行了综合分析和回顾,在探索变革型领导、交易型领导及其与文化匹配的基础上,提出了领导者-组织文化匹配模式的研究构思,即领导者与组织文化的不同匹配方式对组织文化及其变革的作用是不同的,高TF、高TA和高TF的匹配方式可能比其它匹配方式更有利于组织文化的变革和发展。最后,提出了未来验证领导者-组织文化匹配模式的设想
