Abstract
本发明涉及采油工程领域,具体说是一种基于傅里叶级数的功图转换优化方法。本发明包括以下步骤:通过获取曲柄、连杆、游梁的质心速度及电参数据得到抽油机的有效功率值,建立有效功率优化的数学模型,并通过该模型得到构造变量的傅里叶系数实现优化得到优化后的悬点载荷;根据优化后的悬点载荷和悬点位移,并构建示功图。本发明有效解决了转换示功图上下死点附近不收敛的问题,大幅降低油井工况诊断和计量成本,推动基于电参数的油田低成本物联网建设
