本发明属于光电测量领域中的信号处理部分,具体为一种激光三角法位移传感器的标定方法,主要用于激光三角法位移传感器使用前的标定。本发明针对基于PSD的激光三角位移传感器的精密标定问题,提出了一种多元自适应卡尔曼滤波与非均匀B样条曲线拟合相结合的标定方法。多元自适应卡尔曼预处理算法减小了初始数据对滤波结果的依赖,其数据处理效果优于经典卡尔曼滤波方法;在进行曲线拟合标定时,非均匀B样条标定误差较小,优于同类算法,可以实现位移传感器的精密标定
