本发明涉及一种机器人产品生产车间排产调度方法,根据机器人产品生产车间情况,进行产品和物料建模、工艺建模、车间建模、生产计划建模;根据模型的约束条件,进行排产,精确到各个生产单元,形成修订后的各个生产单元的生产工单列表;当出现需要重排的事件时,触发重排产的调度算法,并下达任务到各工位。本发明采用多参数的排产优化方法,在保证按时交货的情况下,对机器人产品的生产过程中提高设备利用率和生产均衡性;保证机器人产品生产过程的可追溯性
