本发明涉及一种模拟AGV通信方式的装置及方法,装置包括:电源、嵌入式微控制器、以太网控制器及物理层芯片、USB桥接芯片、EEPROM等;方法包括:USB供电及通讯,微控制器根据USB或虚拟串口发来的指令控制以太网的参数、协议类型、发送数据开始与停止、发送数据间隔时间、发送数据长度等,同时具备接收数据能力,并进行数据处理、指令执行以及对接收数据量进行统计,EEPROM可使得设置参数等数据掉电可保存。该装置与方法可以在大规模网络应用中模拟AGV设备的通信方式,测试网络性能以及上位机控制调度软件功能,具有体积小、成本低、使用方便等多种优势
