本发明属于螺母装配技术领域,具体地说是一种用于螺母装配的预紧装置。包括拧紧连接装置、牵引装置、驱动装置及摆臂转动装置,其中拧紧连接装置安装于六自由度机器人上,牵引装置和驱动装置安装于拧紧连接装置上,摆臂转动装置设置于拧紧连接装置的下方,且与驱动装置和牵引装置连接,牵引装置用于驱动摆臂转动装置折叠或伸展,驱动装置用于驱动摆臂转动装置转动,从而使摆臂转动装置对螺母进行拧紧。本发明可实现螺母自动预紧并装配到螺钉上,实现以适应狭小空间的螺母装配需求
