强碱性熔融盐脱除生物质气化合成气中H2S的效果

Abstract
为研究强碱性熔融盐对生物质气化粗合成气中酸性污染气体的脱除特性,在小型固定床反应器上,采用8.3%Na2CO3-91.7%NaOH对模拟粗合成气中的H2S进行脱除试验,并建立了脱除过程的数学模型。结果表明:强碱性熔融盐对粗合成气中的H2S有良好的吸收脱除效果,大多数试验工况下粗合成气中H2S脱除率均大于99.9%。熔融盐温度、表观气速等条件对H2S脱除过程影响较小,熔融盐静液高度、气泡大小等对H2S脱除过程有较为明显的影响。S被熔融盐吸收以后在熔融盐内主要以Na2S、Na2SO3、Na2SO4等形式存在,并在熔融盐内轴向及径向上基本均匀分布。模型分析表明,在熔融盐及气体物性确定的情况下,气泡大小、熔融盐静液高度等操作条件是H2S脱除率的主要影响因素。该模型可较好地预测H2S脱除过程,为利用熔融盐脱除粗合成气中H2S的实际应用提供理论依据
