Simulations on tomographic images are increasingly used. The ability of CT devices has increased, making 3D images more accessible. Meanwhile, computing tools to process the images and perform simulations have made progress. Nevertheless, the image processing and simulation workflow are still not accessible to all. Either because it involves expensive commercial software, or because the involved open source codes impose a complicated workflow or require too much computing skills
