: Regulation of Union Trade System Based on Justice (Studi in Dinas Pertanian, Onion Farmers and Onion Traders in Nganjuk Regency). The absence of regulation of the marketing of onion in Nganjuk, causing onion trade system is determined by the market mechanism resulting disparity in the level of farmers and traders. The results showed no specific regulations governing the trade system of local government red onion Nganjuk and only refers to the Nganjuk-year plan that is implemented through the Strategic Plan of the Department of Agriculture. There were 6 patterns onion trade system. The parties involved include onion farmers, middlemen, collectors, wholesalers, retailers, consumers and the Department of Agriculture. There are 3 advantages and 4 shortcomings in the implementation of regulations in the onion trade system Nganjuk. Regulations may be made for onion trade system that is equitable policies that specifically regulate the marketing of onion that can benefit all parties
