Abstract

: Management of Quality Assurance on College Academic Service. The case study reports on the quality assurance management of academic service, focusing on the quality assurance of the input, the teaching and learning process, the facilities and infrastructure, and the graduates. The study involved the study programs of Education Administration, Physical Education, Health, and Recreation, and Non-formal Education. The results of the qualitative and quantitative analyses reveal that universities need to give at­tention to the quality assurance management of their graduates because many of them eventually do not work in areas relevant to their qualifications and educational background
