Pemanfaatan Layanan Metadon Bagi Pengguna Napza Suntik di Puskesmas Gedongtengen YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Utilization of Methadone Services for Injecting Drug Users in Puskesmas Gedongtengen Yogyakart;. Methadone is a form of harm reduction drug to HIV and AIDS in IDUs. The purpose of this study to examine the use of services by IDUs in health centers metodon Gedongtengen. Design research with a qualitative approach, sampling with purposive sampling, informants consisted of four people. Data collection with in-depth interviews, analysis of the data by the method of thematic content analysis. The results all informants routinely utilize methadone to come directly to the clinic, have less knowledge about methadone, methadone positive attitude toward service in health centers, easy access to methadone services, special elbow room available for methadone clients, All informants stated need of methadone based because they want to quit drug use
