Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kualitas

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) to analyzed the effect of the utilization of information technology which consisting of library automation and digital services towards the quality of services at Department of Public Library and Regional Archives Province of South East Sulawesi. (2) to find out the most dominant variable and significantly influence on the quality of service. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach using interviews , observations , questionnaires and review of documents used as data collection techniques The result of the research shows that both library automation variable and digital services, has a significant positive influence towards the quality of services to the library users. The correlation value obtained 0,605 which means that the correlation degree between library automation with the quality of service of library users occupied the high level, meanwhile the correlation between digital services with the quality of service of library users obtained 0,461 which means that the correlation degree between with the quality service of library users occupied medium level. Coefficient of Determination is 0,633 means 63,30% quality service of library users can be explained by independent variable variation i.e library automation and digital services. While the remaining 36,70% can be explained by other reasons
