Analisis Good Corporate Governance Dan Kesehatan Perusahaan Bumn (Studi Pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 6 YOGYAKARTA)

Abstract

Good corporate governance is a system management and control company with still consider the rule of legislation to create added value of enterprises. State owned enterprises is a form of real investment the country which aim to encourage and promote the development of the country\u27s economy activity, especially in developing countries. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of good corporate governance which includes the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness, as well as to determine the health of the company that each of these indicators of implementation were given score weights in accordance with the guidelines on the assessment of the level of health of state owned enterprises. Methods used in this research is descriptive, using financial data over the period 2010 to 2012. Description of the implementation of good corporate governance in the financial aspects include analysis of financial ratios liquidity ratio, profitability, leverage, and activity. An object in this research is PT. KAI (Persero) Daop 6 Yogyakarta. The results of the implementation of good corporate governance over the years of research carried out well. The results can be seen in the year 2010 amounted to 73% then in 2011 be 67,5% and in 2012 again rose to 73,5%. This shows that in each year, the company has performance score “A” which means healthy
