Studi Kasus Perencanaan Strategik Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yang Berorientasi Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Layanan Pembelajaran Keagamaan

Abstract

Is prepared based on the issues that indicate the preparation of strategic plans at Persis 3 Pameungpeuk Islamic School does not use the analysis of strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (internal and external environments' analysis) optimally.Whereas in Modern Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, Institute's management decides the final of strategic planning decisions, thus MTs (school) does not have full authority for the final decisions. Based on the issues, aims of the study are the process of strategic plans' preparations; supporting and inhibiting factors of the strategic plans' preparations toward the service quality improvements of religious learning; and the last, the strategy used for strategic plans toward service quality improvements of religious learning. The study uses descriptive method through qualitative approach using a case study research design. The data are taken from headmaster, vice headmaster, religious teachers, staffs and students. The results show, the process of strategic plans' preparations indicate the formulation of vision, mission and values; the SWOT analysis is not optimal;and there is determination of goals and objectives,and the formulation of strategy through in the policy; the program and budget preparation
