Abstract

Business development has grown increasingly competitive and globalized with changes in various aspects. Work rules, too, changed based on new ways, not only by the level of skill or training and experience, but also by how well it is working to control his emotions to manage themselves and relate to others. The rules are expected to work to make a success of satisfying themselves, others, and the organization especially in leadership. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of intelligence of spiritual, emotional, intellectual on transformational leadership and employee performance. This study was conducted in PT. Pos Indonesia Denpasar Branch. Number of sample were 114 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed the intellectual has a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style showed higher levels of intellectual a better leader transformational leadership style. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on the transformational leadership style showed higher emotional intelligence, the better the transformational leadership. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on the transformational leadership style showed higher spiritual intelligence transformational the better leadership. Transformational leadership significant positive effect on the performance of the better shows the transformational leadership will lead to increased performance as well
