Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partially influence of Training Method, Training Instructor, Training Material on The Employee\u27s Ability and partially influence of Training Method, Training Instructor, Training Material on the Employee\u27s Performance. The type of research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample was 64 employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesian Branch Malang. The data analysis used Descriptive Statistics Analysis and Path Analysis. The results of Descriptive Statistics Analysis indicate that the implementation of Training Program (Training Method, Training Instructor, Training Material), Employee\u27s Ability and Employee\u27s Performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Malang is very Good. The results of the partially analysis, Training Method influence the Employee\u27s Ability with Path Coefficient value of 0.368. Instructor Training influence the Employee\u27s Ability with Path Coefficient of 0.285. Training Material influence the Employee\u27s Ability with Path Coefficient of 0.321. Training Method influence the Employee\u27s Performance with Path coefficient of 0.315. Instructor Training influence the Employee\u27s Performance with Path Coefficient of 0.219. Training Material influence the Employee\u27s Performance with Path coefficient of 0.194. Employee\u27s Ability influence the Employee\u27s Performance with coefficient of 0.271
