Efek Uap Bertekanan Pada Viskositas Minyak Oli Terhadap Waktu Alir Dalam Mesin Simulator Injeksi Uap Berbasis Plc Dan Scada

Abstract

The crude oil inside of the earth have variant in viscosity depend on the gravity index (API). Based on the differences of viscosity, the crude oil are divided within light oil and heavy oil. The heavy oil is very difficult to be pumped than the light oil because have high viscosity. The oil viscosity can be reduced by giving pressurized steam. the pressurized steam is produced from a steam injection which it goes into the reservoir. The temperature and pressure of steam are measured by a sensor. The result of experiment illustrates that the oil getting pressurized steam show decrease index viscosity so the oil is easier to be pumped. It can be proved with increasing suction ability until 45% for Pertamina Prima oil XP SAE 40W-50 and 50% for CGI Vespa oil SAE 30. The experimental data also describes a link between rising temperatures to increasing pressure inside of the steam tube which tends to linier. The overall of process is controlled and monitored through PLC and SCADA. PLC as a controller will process the signals coming from sensors and then their measurement is displayed via SCADA. SCADA as the window of display show the simulation of sistem and direct measurement so all of the result always refurbished
