Faktor-Faktor Penentu Kualitas Pembelajaran Dosen: Studi Kasus Pada Jurusan Matematika, FMIPA, Universitas Udayana

Abstract

Lecturer partake to determine accomplishment of quality standard of management of higher education. Efficacy of student in learning is also depent on the active role of lecturer capability to give motivation, to create harmonious learning situation, kondusif and excite. Can be said that learning quality given by lecturer partake determining of quality standard of specified grad. This research aimed to know perception of student about learning quality of lecturer in Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, determining determinant factors of learning quality of lecturer and also to know the dominant factor of lecturer's learning quality. Perception of students about learning quality of lecturer in Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University stayed in good enough category with attainment of score equal to 66.6% from maximal score. Existence of expected learning quality difference with given fact, challenge the Department, specially lecturers always improve the quality of learning in the effort to increase of the quality of yielded grad. There are five factors determining the learning quality of lecturer, that is certainty factor of lecturer (assurance), lecturer's respond (responsiveness), lecturer's empathy (emphaty), lecturer's capability (reliability), and factor of physical factualitation (tangible). From the five factors, factor of assurance is the dominan factor determine the learning quality of lecturer
