Determinasi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Dan Sikap Guru Terhadap Profesinya Dengan Kinerja Guru Matematika SMP Negeri Di Kabupaten Jembrana

Abstract

This study is aimed at knowing the level of determination of leadership of the school principles, academic supervision, and the attitude of the teachers to their profession, simultaneous with the math teachers performance in government junior high school at Jembrana Regency separately as well as simultaneously which involving 55 teachers as respondents. This study was designed in the form of ex-post facto research. The data in this study were collected by using the questionnaire of leadership of the school principles, academic supervision, the attitude of the teachers to their profession. The data were analyzed by using simple correlation, simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant determinantion of leadership of the school principles on the math teachers performance in government government junior high school with a determination of 36.5% and effective contribution of 21.62%; (2) there is a significant determinant of academic supervision on the math teachers performance government with determination of 36.8% and effective contribution of 15.50%. (3) there is a significant determinant of the attitude of the teachers to their profession on the math teachers performance government with determination of 42.3% and effective contribution of 21.85%; (4) there is simultaneous significant determinantion leadership of the school principles, academic supervision, the attitude of the teachers to their profession on the math teachers performance government with determination of 59%. Based on those findings it can conclude that there is a significant determinantion of the leadership of the school principles, academic supervision, the attitude of the teachers to their profession on the math teachers performance in government junior high school at Jembrana Regency separately as well as simultaneously. Therefore, those three factors could be used as predictors of the tendency level math teachers performance in government junior high school at Jembrana Regency
