Pembuatan Keputusan Kepala Madrasah Dan Partisipasi Guru Terhadap Implementasi Rkm Di Ma Swasta Se-kbb

Abstract

Madrasa Aliyah has a strategic plan for development of madrasa. The action plan can be effective if the factors that influence it can be managed properly such decision-making head of madrasa and teacher participations. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence wheter decision making head of madrasa and participations of teacher influence on implementation activity plan in madrasa (RKM). This study uses a quantitative approach using questionnaires. Population is the subject of this study amounted to 30 private madrasa aliyah scattered in the district of Bandung Barat. The results showed that decision-making head of madrasa and participation of teacher partially and simultaneously has an influence on the implementation of RKM
