Perilaku Konsumsi Makanan Tradisional Keluarga Murid Taman Kanak-Kanak

Abstract

This descriptive study attempted to explore the pattern Kindergarten pupils\u27 behavior in consumming traditional foods. The sample consisted of 60 pupils drawn purposively from two private Kindergartens. The data were collected from their parents with a questionnaire and analysed by using narrative descriptions, t-test and Spearman product moment coorelations. It could be concluded that there were correlations between the patterns of Kindergarten pupil\u27s behavior in consumming traditional foods and mothers\u27 education, mothers\u27 comprehension on nutrition, parents\u27 income, and frequencies of family\u27s attendance in restaurants. It was suggested that traditional foods or snacks could be consumed by Kindergarten pupil as additional food
