Pengaruh Leverage, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen (Studi Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2014)

Abstract

Investments in shares potentially have advantages in two respects, namely the distribution of the dividend on the profits generated by the company in accordance with the shares held and the stock price increases (capital gain). Dividends distributed within a fixed time interval is every half year or one year. Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability and Firm Size are the variables that affect the profit for shareholders to be distributed as dividend. Partially the results of this study indicate that the variable Current Ratio (CR) does not significantly affect the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) while the variable Debt Equity Ratio (DER) significant negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return on Equity (ROE) significantly positively to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and a significant negative effect Size Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Simultaneously the results of this study explains that the variable Debt Equity Ratio (DER), the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE) and Size significantly influence Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR)
