It should be pointed out that his solutions for velocity and the skin-friction as given by equations214 V . V . R a m a n a  R a o14 and 15 rc8i)cctivoly, in his paper are wrong. Also his conclusion on the beha­viour of the skin-lrioiion is incorrect. This communication presents the correct solutions for the velocity and the skin-friction.
