The effects of Tao-Hong-Si-Wu on hepatic necroinflammatory activity and fibrosis in murine model of chronic liver disease

Abstract

背景:桃红四物汤原名加味四物汤,载于《医垒元戎》,录自《玉机微义》,是在四物汤的基础上加桃仁、红花而成,是活血养血之代表方。桃红四物汤在临床上应用广泛,诸多研究表明桃红四物汤对多种慢性肝病有一定的治疗作用。慢性肝损伤伴肝纤维化发展过程中存在明显的病理性血管生成与重构,阻碍了肝纤维化的逆转与恢复。通过桃红四物汤对病理性血管生成作用的研究,发现部分活血化瘀中药具有抑制病理性血管生成的作用,抗病理性血管生成可能是活血化瘀药的现代药理作用之一。因而从整体水平研究桃红四物汤对慢性肝损伤伴早期肝纤维化小鼠的治疗作用及作用机理可以为临床慢性肝损伤及早期肝纤维化的治疗提供实验依据。 目的:从整体水平研究复方...Background: Tao-Hong-Si-Wu decoction (THSWD) is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine that has been used for centuries in the treatment of Chinese patients with chronic liver disease.
