Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress in RGC lesions in DR: Protective Role of an aqueous extract of Radix Astragali, Radix Angelica Sinensis and Panax Notoginseng

Abstract

目的:早期糖尿病视网膜病变包括神经病变与血管病变,且神经病变可能早于并加剧血管病变的发生,然而现有的治疗方式大多靶向血管病变且疗效有限。我们既往研究表明当归补血汤加味方(RRP)可有效缓解早期糖尿病视网膜的血管病变,也能减少视网膜内神经节细胞的凋亡。已知ERstress广泛存在于应激的真核细胞内,并在糖尿病视网膜病变所致炎症和细胞凋亡中发挥重要作用。本研究拟探索当归补血汤加味方(RRP)对糖尿病视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)内质网应激的作用及其与神经节损伤的关系及其调控机制。 材料与方法:本课题结合STZ诱导1型糖尿病SD大鼠模型和RGC-5细胞缺氧诱导模型,采用HE染色检测并计算眼球切片视网膜...OBJECTIVE— Microvascular and neural dysfunction are hallmarks of Diabetic retinopathy (DR),in which neural dysfunction may occur earlier and exacerbate microvascular dysfunction.
