分泌蛋白对于乳腺癌的发生、发展起着至关重要的作用。有研究表明，分泌蛋白协同作用可促进正常乳腺细胞在软琼脂上的生长，结果提示多个分泌蛋白水平的变化可能是乳腺癌发生、恶化的标志。本研究拟利用乳腺癌临床血液样本，分析血清中几种分泌蛋白的含量，探讨几种分泌蛋白联用在乳腺癌诊断中的意义，并进一步研究这些分泌蛋白在促进乳腺癌细胞迁移、侵袭过程中的作用。 本文首先用ELISA双抗体夹心方法检测临床血清样本中IL6、IL9、IL21、FGF1、FGF10、FGF14的含量，结果表明IL6，FGF1，FGF10三种蛋白在恶性的乳腺癌病人血清中的含量高于对照组的：其中IL6在大多数恶性病人血清中的含量更是超过了...Secreted proteins plays a vital role in breast cancer occurrence and development .
