实验目的：本实验为研究雄激素诱导去势大鼠发生前列腺增生过程中雄激素作用是否与PI3K/AKt/mTOR通路有关，以及细胞自噬水平的高低能否影响雄激素诱导的去势大鼠前列腺增生水平。 研究方法：80只SD大鼠（8周龄，250±10g）随机分为4组。3组为实验组，大鼠行去势手术后给予睾酮诱导大鼠前列腺增生，实验组中两组大鼠同时分别予雷帕霉素和3-MA。分别在术后1、4、9、14、28天处死大鼠获取大鼠前列腺组织。排水法测前列腺体积，称取前列腺湿重以及计算前列腺指数。采用PCR、Westblot、HE.染色和TUNEL等方法判断各组大鼠前列腺组织前列腺增生情况以及检测前列腺组织细胞凋亡以及细胞自...Objective：The mechanism of Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) in castrated rat caused by androgen is unclear for now .The present study aims to reveal that the androgen signaling pathway may be involved in the classic cell signaling pathways PI3K/AKt.
