Abstract

表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器是近年来光电子学传感器领域的研究热点之一。其具有高灵敏、免标记、快速响应等特点,在医学、生物与环境传感等领域有着广阔的应用前景。采用聚合物材料制备表面等离子体共振传感器,只须通过室温旋涂和光刻等工艺,成本低廉,制作的器件轻巧,在平面光子集成应用方面前景十分看好。 本论文对聚合物光波导表面等离子体共振传感器进行了基础研究,分别对基于连续金膜、基于金纳米颗粒的光波导表面等离子体共振传感器进行了理论分析与实验制备,具体工作如下: 1.利用Fresnel公式对基于连续金膜的传导型表面等离子体共振传感器进行了理论分析。研究了金属膜类型、金属膜厚度、芯层折射率、以及待测...Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensor is a hotspot research in the field of optoelectronics sensor.
