Research of Opto-electronic Integrated Receiver in Industrial Control for POF Communication

Abstract

随着经济的飞速发展,传统的手工生产方式正逐步被自动化的生产方式取代。工人仅操作控制面板,将生产指令经传输媒介传达至自动化设备末端进行生产的方式是大势所趋。作为传输指令的载体,采用传统的铜线进行传输已无法确保数据完整性及工业精准度。符合“光进铜退”环保政策的新兴材料——塑料光纤(PlasticOpticalFiber,POF)因具有优异的电磁抗扰性和易接续、低成本的特性,日渐广泛的应用在工业控制、车载网络、音频数据传输等各种短距离通信领域。工业控制中,POF的使用可以隔离共模电压,抑制接地回路噪声和共模噪声,消除电火花产生的可能,从而在大噪声和高共模电压的环境下保证了设备的安全性和数据的完整性。...With the rapid economic development, traditional manual production is gradually replaced by the automation one, which means that production orders can be conveyed from the control system to automatic equipment through the communication medium.
