Optical properties of ZnO-based type-II core/shell nanowire arrays

Abstract

II型同轴纳米线由于其独特的光学和电学特性,在光伏器件领域获得广泛关注。其中,ZnO纳米线由于其成本低、稳定性好、工艺成熟等优点,更是被广泛运用于太阳能电池研究。然而,由于它的带隙较宽,不能有效吸收太阳光,直接用它制备的电池效率较低。为了增加光吸收,人们主要利用带隙较窄的ZnSe、CdSe、ZnCdSe等材料敏化ZnO纳米线,以期制备出更高效的太阳能能电池。本文采用计算机仿真模拟方法,利用FDTDSolutions和ModeSolutions软件研究了ZnO基II型同轴纳米线阵列的光学性质。通过对ZnO/ZnSe单壳层及ZnO/ZnSe/CdSe双壳层纳米线阵列结构的优化设计,提高了材料对光的...Type-II coaxial nanowires with their unique optical and electrical properties, have aroused world wide interest in the field of photovoltaic devices.
