Research on Key Technology of Portable Plasmon-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Instrumentation Integration

Abstract

摘要 等离激元增强拉曼光谱技术采用经过特殊处理的金属(如金、银、铜等)作为活性基底,极大的增强了拉曼散射信号,并提高了信号的稳定性,在食品安全、环境监测、表面科学、材料分析、生物、医学等领域的痕量快速检测方面显示出巨大的潜力。 国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项子项目“PERS仪器系统集成”提出了开发便携式专用PERS(Plasmon-EnhancedRamanSpectroscopy)仪器,其包含进样子系统、粒子施加子系统、光学对焦子系统、光谱采集和处理子系统等模块,实现现场快速检测,达到非专业人员的无障碍、标准化操作。本文工作基于该子项目,研究了便携式PERS仪器的系统集成及其关键技术,主要...Abstract The Raman intensity can be greatly enhanced and the stability of the signal can be improved with the substrates of roughened metal (gold, silver or copper) electrodes, which is the Plasmon-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (PERS).
