Research on key technology of determination for synthetic edible pigment based on Raman spectroscopy

Abstract

随着食用合成色素被广泛应用于食品工业,违规使用合成色素导致的食品安全事件屡见不鲜,给人民的生命安全造成了巨大威胁,因此食品中合成色素的现场快速检测成为亟待解决的问题。 等离激元增强拉曼光谱技术以其快速、简便、灵敏高等特点,在食用合成色素现场筛查方面表现出明显的优势。本文从拉曼散射出发,介绍了等离激元增强效应及壳层隔绝纳米粒子的增强机制,并根据拉曼光谱的特异性提出合成色素检测原理,进而搭建基于等离激元增强拉曼光谱技术的合成色素检测系统,尤其是研制了一套高效、自动化的合成色素前处理装置。该检测系统包含硬件与软件两部分。 硬件部分主要包括前处理装置、激光光源模块和光谱数据采集模块及ARM主控模块...With the widely use of synthetic edible pigment in the food industry, food safety incidents caused by using synthetic pigment illegally occur repeatedly.
