Cellular localization and interacting proteins study on M. aeruginosa PCC 7806 secreted protein MrpC

Abstract

铜绿微囊藻(Microcystisaeruginosa)是常见的水华蓝藻。本实验室的前期研究发现,M.aeruginosaPCC7806胞外分泌蛋白MrpC呈纳米长纤维网状结构,因而具有很好的细胞悬浮特性。进一步研究其丝状结构的形成过程对认识蓝藻水华的形成机制和防治有重要的意义。本论文研究MrpC蛋白在藻细胞内的定位分布及其互作蛋白,可以帮助了解MrpC蛋白的合成组装分泌过程。MrpC是糖蛋白,在mrpC基因的下游有两个含有糖基化转移酶的基因,分别是slpA、slpB基因。敲除slpA、slpB基因对于了解MrpC与SlpA、SlpB之间的关系具有重要意义。本文研究的主要内容和结果如下: (...Microcystis aeruginosa is a common water bloom.
