Cloning and characterization of emp53 from Echinococcus multilocularis

Abstract

泡状棘球蚴病(Alveolarechinococcosis,AE)是由棘球绦虫属的多房棘球绦虫(Echinococcusmulticularia,Em)幼虫寄生所致的人畜共患寄生虫病,该病被认为是最致命的蠕虫感染病。泡状棘球蚴在宿主体内生长就必须存在一套防御系统来抵御氧化损伤、维持基因组稳定以及细胞凋亡,肿瘤抑制基因p53被誉为“基因组的卫士”,在应对一系列的刺激和损伤时起了非常重要的作用。 尽管p53在细胞的增殖、分化或凋亡中具有重要的作用,但是到目前为止在寄生蠕虫领域还没有p53相关蛋白的研究报道,本论文从以下五个方面对多房棘球绦虫的p53基因做了相关研究: 1、通过一系列的序列比对,...Larvae of the fox-tapeworm Echinococcus multilocularis cause alveolar echinococcosis (AE) , which is considered to be the most lethal helminthic infection in humans.
