Abstract

众所周知,“水华”是由于水体中氮磷含量过高引起富营养化后,导致湖水中蓝藻过度生长而引起的现象[1]。水华蓝藻在富营养化的水体中迅速的占据光照、温度、含氧量等最适合生长繁殖的生态表层,而后大量繁殖。这就使得研究蓝藻在水体中的“垂直移动”进而了解水华爆发的机理有重要作用。本论文的研究对象铜绿微囊藻(Microcystisaeruginosa)PCC7806,它是富营养化湖泊和水库中形成“水华”的典型蓝藻,本实验室前期研究发现铜绿微囊藻(Microcystisaeruginosa)PCC7806分泌表达产物MrpC蛋白形成长纤丝,在水体中形成网络状结构,从而对其在水体中的悬浮产生重要的作用。因而从分...As we know, "bloom" is due to the high level content of nitrogen and phosphorus caused eutrophication, resulting in excessive growth of algae in the lake [1] .
