N-Myc-Interacting Protein (NMI)蛋白抑制胃癌上皮间质转化(EMT)的研究

Abstract

上皮间质转化(EMT)与多种生长因子和转录因子相关,可以通过多种信号转导通路起作用,并在胚胎发育、损伤修复、许多慢性疾病及肿瘤的发生和发展中起着重要的作用,然而EMT在胃癌发生过程中的分子机制并不清楚。 核因子-κB(NF-κB)可以与多种基因启动子部位的κB位点发生特异性的结合并促进其转录表达,进而调控肿瘤的发生,影响EMT的进程。我们的工作发现了一个新的通过调控抑制NF-κB通路调控胃癌中EMT的蛋白-NMI(N-MycandSTATinteractor)。研究结果显示,NMI在高分化的胃癌细胞和胃癌病人中的表达相对较高,而在低分化的胃癌细胞和病人中表达降低,并且NMI抑制胃癌细胞中TN...The epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays an essential role in embryonic development, wound healing, tissue regeneration, organ fibrosis, and tumor progression.
